The annual President's Day was held on 3 July. The sun shone and a large crowd of players, vice presidents, sponsors
and visitors from the town gathered to enjoy the bar and barbecue. During the event Mark Michaels of The Dragon Hotel presented skipper Neil Tuffin with the new sponsored
kit. The six-a-side competition expanded into a seven-a-side competition, with one game played with eight-a-side. At the end
the table was tied and an exciting bowl-off was won by Andrew Barker's team. Click here for the photographs.

The county team returned to Montgomery for the first time in several years this summer, and Montgomery's

The finals of the local knock-out were held on 29 August 2010. Fairfield Flyers beat the Vets in the first
semi-final, followed by the triumph of The Crown over Bunners in the other. The Crown batted first in the final and were restricted to
only 86, but oustanding fielding backed by accurate bowling meant that last year's champions Fairfield were frustrated
and The Crown became champions for the first time in three years.

We are justifiably proud to be the first club in mid-Wales to achieve accreditation with the England and Wales
Cricket Board and we had a great night on 25 June when Adam Shantry and Chris Ashlin of Glamorgan Cricket Club came down to Lymore to present
us with the award and help out on our youth coaching evening. A big thanks to them and to Peter Brett and Keith Griffiths for organising
the event - see the photos.

A fantastic run in the Shropshire 20:20 tournament in 2008 led all the way to the final.
Although the team lost against a strong Frankton side the club had a great day out. See the team.
